Dear Friends of Transaid!

The holiday season is nearly underway! This year, Transaid is looking to raise £15,000 in order to help support the life-saving projects that improve access to basic services for so many people in countries across Africa. 

 

Last year, Transaid has accomplished many achievements. Whilst our Professional Driver Training Project has been immensely successful in Zambia and Tanzania, the project is in the process of being implemented in a third country, Uganda.

 

The project’s overall goal is to contribute to safer roads for everyone who lives in Africa and support the provision of safer transport for people to access health care, employment, education and livelihoods. Only last year, Transaid has taught over 2,400 HGV and PSV drivers and 13 driver trainers in Tanzania. However, Transaid wants to expand and train more people!

So this Christmas, Transaid asks you to kindly show generosity and donate to charity. Your donations allow Transaid to further develop its initiatives and ultimately save more lives across Africa.
