I am running this 10km Virtual Run in January. This means I can run 10km at any point after entering to get a special Medal.   The Medal I'll get this time is a rainbow unicorn which Eilish would have loved.

Anyone can enter the race through the Virtual Runner UK  link below.  You can run, jog, or walk the 10km and you don't have to do it all in one go, just make sure you keep evidence of your activity, i do this through my new garmin watch, mummy through her fitbit or starve (yes mummy is doing this too!).  You need to send your evidence to Virtual Runner UK to get your medal.
