We are proud to announce our first VMA Family Picnic for families and friends of VMA Fitness on Sunday 29th July in the top field of Goldsmiths Recreation Ground in front of the Play Area.

We are raising money for our chosen charity Taylor Made Dreams who help children with life limited illnesses to complete their bucket list. The charity also supports the families of the children.

All you have to do to take part in the challenge is donate £10 to our TMD 1,000 Rep Challenge Just giving site here. Only names from those who have donated will be able to officially take part in the challenge and will receive a certificate of completion at the end. If you wish to just donate any amount of money and not take part then you can also do that, please just let us know if you are not planning on taking part.

People can then start raising more money if they wish (if you can only raise the £10 to enter then that's fine). We are looking at getting some local prizes for those who raise the most amount of money, although we know it's not about the prizes it's all about raising money for TMD it's still good to have some competition. Just create your own Just Giving Page for TMD and you can use our logo above for it or use one of the paper sponsorship forms available at VMA Fitness .

People can arrive at 10am on 29th July with the 1,000 Rep Challenge starting at 10.30am. You can do the timed version and see if you can complete the challenge within 45 minutes or you can complete it in your own time. (just hopefully finished on the same day :-)).

Everyone should be finished by 12pm where we can all relax and have our picnics together. Then in the afternoon we will play some rounders and other games for adults and kids.

You can just come along for the picnic if you wish and there is no charge to be there and support others, so you can just enjoy the day with our VMA Family. 

Any non members taking part in the challenge will be required to complete a health questionnaire before the event starts.
