Dearest Friends, Family and Casual Aquaintances,

In February 2019 I shall be cycling 254 miles over a period of 5 days in India. It will be hot. It will be hard work. It will be for a good cause!

And I am asking if you could spare a few minutes and a few pounds to help motivate my hamstrings to give it that extra push. Which will be much needed so I don’t show myself up in front of much younger (and probably fitter) cyclists!

The charity I shall be cycling for is Veganuary  who do a fabulous job of encouraging people to try veganism for a month, and provide support and information from there. People try veganisn for many reasons, including animal welfare, environmental impact and personal health.

Please be assured your sponsorship will go straight to Veganuary and will not be subsiding my trip in any way. I shall be paying the full cost of the trip myself.
