My friend, Jon Birchall, has terminal kidney cancer and has created the FacingUp2Kidney Cancer initiative to raise funds for kidney cancer research. Early diagnosis could well have saved Jon and so he wantsto help find ways to diagnose kidney cancer in its early stages.

I joined Jon for around 1600 miles of his 5,000 mile British Coasts Motorbike Tour. Our stage started in Berwick upon Tweed on 4th July 2015 and lasted a fortnight. I am glad to report it was successfully completed with no incidents or breakdowns!
