This year, I plan to undertake 3 different sporting activities. The first, at the end of April, will be a Swimathon. I have recently started swimming again after a break of more than 2 years....what better way than to get going again than with a wee 5km swim (200 lengths!)....the girls are joining me by swimming 1.5km each, which will be the furthest Rebecca has swum 🏊

In June and September, I will be doing another 2 very different endurance tests...in June I did the Full Tough Mudder which did what it said on the tin 😁 and in September I hope to complete my first half-marathon 🏃💪

Please dig deep for a charity that has saved our bereaved family...and brought countless special people into our lives.....so that it can continue its excellent work for others who find themselves in our position....there are more of us than you would care to believe xx
