Casserole Club matches people who like to cook and have a spare portion of food with people living nearby who would benefit from a meal and company. 

"At work I sit opposite the person who makes the matches between cooks and diners. This means I get to hear the heart warming stories of how sharing a plate has helped people to make new friends. I'm so inspired that I have dusted off my running shoes to raise money to keep this project going. I'm being joined by Jess one of the newest Food Partnership team members. "I was very excited to hear about Casserole Club and jumped
at the chance to lace up my trainers and raise awareness (and some cash!) for such a brilliant cause. Having worked as a dietitian in hospitals up and down the country, it’s clear that there’s a huge need for a service like this - helping people to share meals together and to meet people in their local community. Though apparently I won’t pass my induction unless I stay behind Vic …which is fine, obviously."
