In late November 2017, I was stuck down (for the second time in my life) with a condition(s) that almost claimed my life and threatened to take away my life's passion, martial arts and movement, away from me for ever. 

I decided that, that would not be my reality and have been working to get myself healthy and back on the mats ever since.

To give myself a goal and to reframe this situation, turning something that was difficult for me to something that would help others, I have taken on the challenge of breaking this record in an attempt to raise money and awareness of Mcardle Disease and inspire people to try and find away around bad physical, mental and spiritual situations.
