It's my half-yearly physical assault on myself to raise money for Future Youth Project!

Please encourage me to get very muddy, probably collapse laughing straddled over some obstacle and generally exhaust myself in a very un lady-like way on a local assault course.

12 of FYP's wonderful group of local supporters are joining me . It's heart warming to see such great support and if you are not one of those getting ready to get down and dirty then at least dig deep and support us!

And on a serious note, the people in Ukraine whom we support need our help now more than ever. The weak often suffer the most from war, let's make sure that the small group we support know we still care about them and support them.
