Summary

This week we are taking part in raising awareness for Men’s Health Week 2021 🌱

This year the focus is on Mental Health in a Covid World. By accepting The CAN DO Challenge as a business and as individuals, we are spreading the word to encourage others to hopefully do the same.

Each year Men’s Health Week becomes bigger and more well known! The purpose is to increase awareness of preventable health issues that affect men disproportionately, with a focus on getting men to become more aware of health problems they may have or could develop, in the hope of encouraging early detection and treatment for men and boys.

The CAN DO Challenge offers a ‘practical boost to everyone’s mental wellbeing’ whilst being something that we can incorporate into our everyday 🌱🙌

For #offerfriday we will be partaking in National Wear Blue Day and asking for £2 donations towards the Men’s Health Forum.

In the UK, one man in five dies before he reaches 65. Together, we can change that. Through our advice, research and campaigning we aim to reduce the tragic deaths of men and boys who simply die too young because of preventable health problems.
