The Walk Inn Wanderers are joined by FVP trustee Magdalena to walk 114 miles, aiming to raise £2500+ for a brand new, accessible and adjustable bed for the FVP Caravan in Butlins, Skegness. Over Easter Weekend 2022, Simon, Matt and Magda aim to travel the entire Nene Way on foot. At Butlins resort, Skegness, the FVP caravan sleeps 6 and is fully wheelchair accessible with ramped access and a wet room. However, getting a great nights sleep is important for everyone, especially on holiday! Thats why FVP are in need of a new, specially-designed bed for those living with a disability or an age-related health condition, who may need extra support from their bed. The bed will add a range of benefits, from easing pressure on the back of the parent through to providing an extra place for changing and handling. It will open up opportunities for those families with more complex needs to experience a real holiday.
