Right now, the Lumos team is working in Ukraine and neighbouring countries to provide support to children trapped in orphanages, to provide emergency food, hygiene and medical kits, to help keep some of the most vulnerable children safe. But they need our help.

Children in Ukraine face an uncertain future and are at risk of displacement and family separation. They urgently need our support to help protect as many children as they can by providing emergency food, hygiene and medical kits, and by helping to support families and foster carers to look after displaced and traumatised children.

Lumos is fighting for every child’s right to have a family. There are over 5.4 million children trapped in institutions globally. These intuitions severely harm a child's physical and mental development. We are fighting for every child's right to grow up at home, in a safe and loving family.
