Peet and Sim are heading over to West Africa in September to visit the African Science Academy in Ghana.
They have fully self-funded this trip so every single penny that we raise will go directly to the ASA
The African Science Academy (ASA) is a girls-only Advanced Level school. ASA prepares students to achieve internationally recognised A Level Qualifications within a single year in an inclusive environment.
Students to go on to study Engineering, Computer Science, Maths and Science courses at universities within Africa and abroad.
The school’s vision is to be the leading school in Africa for gifted female scientists. between 16-19 years old. They hopes to train and develop future tech leaders that will help solve regional issues in the African communities they’re from.
In addition to teaching, Peet and Simrun will be giving their expert advice and help with the new ‘Innovation Lab’ which will help students to learn and experience the latest technology.
