Hello, I'm Elen, and I'm holding a tea with Welsh cakes to raise funds for Welsh Women's Aid.

1 in 3 women in Wales have experienced some form of physical or sexual abuse. Welsh Women's Aid provides practical and emotional support to women fleeing such abuse as well as campaigning to help end it.
