This year we will be taking on various challenges again to try & raise money for Empire Fighting Chance who are working with some of Bristol's most vulnerable kids - those involved with drugs, gangs & crime, and helping them transform their lives through their non-contact boxing programme, self-development and sometimes by just listening to them and providing them with a positive role model and helping them realise their own potential...

It really is such a good cause & was even visited by The Duke & Duchess of Sussex, Harry & Meghan to show their support, so please help & give whatever you can - every pound really does count!
