Many people aren't aware that you can be a living donor! Not only do you give someone their chance to live as close to a normal life again and return back to their family, you also continue a normal full life as before 

5000 people in the U.K from new borns to elderly are waiting for an organ to become available. Whilst some have time, for others it's running out and only an organ can save them. 

Hopefully raising awareness and getting you all informed and talking about it, maybe someone out there will come forward. You don't need to wait until it's someone you know
