On the 3rd of June I will being doing a tandem skydive in memory of  my older brother Ashley Hall. As some of you may know, Ash suffered with mental health throughout his life and sometimes found life very difficult to deal with. The aim is to raise awareness and funds for MIND and help end the stigma around mental health. Most importantly to let people know that they are not alone with their own battles and that they can turn to anyone for help. Anyway that you could support this cause would be greatly appreciated.
