I've been volunteering for and supporting  Heart and soul on and off for about a year and a half. They are an incredible charity, they give creative, social and educational space to adults and children with learning disabilities. 

A huge part of Heart and Soul is music. Heart and Soul have helped many of their participants to write their own music and start bands. 

The Fish Police are one of these bands and have recently been asked to play South by Southwest Festival in Texas. This is where we need some  help. We trying to raise £5000 to make this amazing opportunity into a reality. I'm attempting to raise £250 of this target by my self. 

I will be running a one mile leg in the Big Half charity run on 4th March. If its  £1 or £100 every contribution is much appreciated.
