On the 2nd of October I'll be running the cardiff half marathon to rase money for cyfannol women's aid. Domestic violence is a problem and no one should have to go though it. Cyfannol help women and family's flee from Domestic violence, support and help them to take that step in saying enough is enough. The work they do with victims to help them is amazing but more funding is needed to keep women and family's safe and free from the fear on violence.
