Thanks for visiting, I am going to try and ride 15 miles to raise money for the Frank Haines Memorial Trust on the 11th May.  Please sponsor me, we are going to ride the 7.5 mile course one way and then do it in reverse.  The rest of my family are supporting me on the ride (hopefully with lots of sweets).
