10k to 25k..... 3 coaching staff, one physio and a complete amateur!

On Sunday 29th September David (Mezza), Steve, Christian, Tom (Morgs) and Davids wife Sarah are completing (hopefully) Scarborough 10k.

What started as friendly (if theres ever friendly in football) competition, turned into a race for registration. So now all committed to the run, and after speaking to friends in Scarborough it has been decided to try and give a little back to Scarborough, a place of happy memories for many.

And.... this is where your help is needed, if only to raise the profile of such a worthy cause. The team are hoping to raise money for Willows Lull, Scarborough.

Willows Lull is a new children’s charity based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire offering day & overnight respite care for children living with life-limiting and complex needs.

Upon speaking to some of the amazing people who support the charity, they are trying to raise £25,000 for their Big Pink Bus appeal. Many children have to travel a long distance to Willows Lull, needing an adapted and familiar vehicle that supports them with their complex needs. This will enable much needed respite for their families, happy in the knowledge that their children are safe and being well cared for.

The adapted bus will transport to and from Willows Lull but also allow memory making day trips for the children and staff.

Any donation will make such a huge difference to the children and families who use Willows Lull.
