Tim Kitchen and I are taking on a team Triathlon at Hever Castle on 23rd September. Tim will be donning his wetsuit for the swim and I will be hopping on the Boardman for the bike and somehow switching to my trainers for the run. Eleanor Oakley and I are then doing a 2k relay swim in Brockwell Lido on 30th September.

We're doing this in memory of my wonderful, loving, unforgetable husband Chris, who'd have certainly taken these challenges on himself for the LCSA if he could. I am grateful to Chris for the huge impact he had on my life and the lives of so many others. I am also grateful for the work the LCSA do in supporting the treatment of patients like Chris and for their research into new and improved ways to tackle secondary liver cancer. 

I know there are lots of us getting #woodfieldinspired at the moment, but if you can spare a few pounds we'd like you even more than we already do.
