Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit Wrexham Male Voice Choir's JustGiving page.

After seeing an appeal by Bill Bailey for Men United and Get Men Singing to raise money for Prostate Cancer it was decided to start a new Male Voice Choir to participate in the appeal. http://ow.ly/Y9Gch

Wrexham have a plethora of choirs so why a new choir, you may ask? The new choir is aimed at singers or would be singers that have not sung in a choir before. Our first meeting took place on January 12th 2016, under the baton of Leigh Mason and accompanied at the piano by Owen M Roberts. We meet once a week at Acrefair Primary School on Tuesday's 7:30 till 9pm.

The concert is to take place at Wrexham's Memorial Hall, Friday 27th May 2016. A month later than the Get Men Singing campaign, but we needed the time to learn a concert repertoire. I'm sure Prostate Cancer will forgive us.

If you would like to sponsor our concert then please do so through this Just Giving page. Your contributions would be acknowledged in the concert programme (unless you wish to remain anonymous) and mentions given on our Twitter page @WxmChMVC and Facebook event page.
