We want to celebrate the opening of our Beaconsfield studio by giving back and are holding our first few classes to raise money for "Mind". 

We believe Yoga works on the mind just as much, if not more so, than the physical body. We spend most of our life inside our own heads so lets work on making it a beautiful place to be!
