Rosie, Jo and I have entered the BBMC 2022  we have picked the middle route which is roughly 30k with around 1200m of ascent in the Black Mountains   

As some of you may know I had a big op at the end of last year, and this will be my first big physical challenge since.  Have I done enough training? - no!  Am I totally winging it? - of course!   So please sponsor me!
