I have just bought a bike and I'm riding about for the first time in 23 years!! Now I have 3 months to get fit and start clocking up some serious mileage.

Starting at Crystal Palace in south east London at about 11pm,  Myself (and 199 other riders)  will set off on this 100km circular ride arriving back at Crystal Palace at some point on Sunday morning - hopefully not in an ambulance.

I'm raising money for the Battery Hen Welfare Trust who strive to improve the life and also re-home battery/cage hens.   As a hen keeper myself, this is a cause close to my heart.
