Myself and Ahh Geek Out in High Town Luton will be holding a 24 hour gaming challenge involving board games and much more. Which will start at 5pm Saturday 23rd February 2019. Our team include myself, Barry, Peter, James and many more playing as many games a possible in 24 hours. We want to raise money to help others in Luton and surrounding areas who are afflicted with mental health and wellbeing issues. Many friends, family and me all suffer with mental health and one that has helped me is board gaming which helped with my depression and Anxiety. We are doing this for Mind BLMK without them many people special to me in my life will not be here today and aid them into helping others. Mind BLMK works across our communities to support positive mental health and wellbeing. Working closely with a range of partners, we offer a number of activities from our wellbeing centres and local venues to make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing of people in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes, and our aim is to make sure that no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
