Fundraising for Karuna Trust
Story
It's late October 2016. I'm unfit, overweight and can run for about five minutes. In four months I've signed up to run 13 miles... I'm not sure but I think that's like 2-3 hours of running (which is AGES). All in aid of Karuna (and my health!)
Inspired by Buddhist values, Karuna are a terrific charity working with local community groups to change the lives of some of the poorest and most marginalised people in South Asia.
