Jeanette a lady I support with my work  at Linkage and I are doing a topsy turvy triathlon on Monday 12th September to raise money for linkage, we are doing a 5km Walk, 12 km bike ride ( on machines in the gym) and 400m swim. Jeanette has been swimming and going to the gym for quite a while and  had wanted to do the "Race for Life" but dates didn't suit, her father died from cancer and she wanted to do something to make him proud of her, and  this is how this event has come about, my father also died less than a year ago and so we are both looking forward to this challenge, please make Jeanette's day and help us raise some funds.
