Story

I used to be good at running. But the last time I ran properly was over 17 years ago in the Bath Half Marathon. I've been meaning to "get back into running" since but it's kind of drifted a bit. I'm largely a cyclist and not really made for running at present but have a little while to get in shape. The other challenge is trying to not need a poop whilst running... Sponsor me for the laughs please and also for a great cause!

HD5K is a run to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. It will take place in Hyde Park on Thursday the 17th May, 2018.The run has been conceived and planned by architectural visualisation studio Hayes Davidson. Over 90 runners are confirmed. The Alan Davidson Foundation is supporting HD5K by match-funding all donations made, meaning that £2 will be donated for every £1 raised and the total donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association.Thank you for your support!
