They are passionate about the wellbeing of all animals and are committed to giving them the best possible life. Rescue, rehome and provide sanctuary for more than 1500 animals each year. Raystede is free to visit almost every day of the year. We also offer guidance to all ages on caring for animals.
I met two of the lovely dogs at the centre, Kingsley the Corgi and Sydney the Lurcher (pictured below) and here are their story...
- Kingsley - My name is kingsley and I am a 7 year old corgi. I am a really sweet boy who likes taking short strolls around. I like other dogs but have not been cat tested yet. I am looking for an adult only home as I do have some handling issues. Do you have a lovely quiet home I could join?
- Sidney - My name is Sidney and I’m a handsome 5 year old male Lurcher (large). I can be a little shy but like making friends and having a run around! I like most other dogs but no cats thank you! I could live with older children and potential new owners should research my breed type.
Every little money counts and will help the dogs to have a better life.
This is so much appreciated and a Big Thank You from the dogs xx
