Jason started to feel ill at the beginning of March 2018, after visiting the doctor we believed he had flu, by the end of March he was admitted to huddersfield royal infirmary where we where informed he had Leukaemia he was discharged on Tuesday but recalled back in on the Wednesday to st James in Leeds.
This was when we knew he had A.L.L , where we met wonderful medical staff . DR Khan was one of the consultants who supported from day one.
Jason did well with the treatment even though we had some speed bumps on the way. He had a bone marrow transplant on the 28th of September. He was doing well . Suddenly on Monday the 10th December Jason fell sick, he was readmitted on the11th .
Jason never came home for Christmas, but we will be forever grateful for the support of the staff of wards 89, 88 and 87.
