I hate running and haven't ran a race since I was about 11, however for some bizarre reason I have decided to run 5k for Race for Life.  Whilst I'm almost certain I won't enjoy running for longer than 10 seconds, it is a hell of a lot easier than what people suffering from cancer have to endure.  I am doing this for the people in my life who are currently suffering because of this terrible disease.
