Story
Last year we watched a cavalcade of truly awful movies; from hokey black and white 1950s B-Movies to massive failed modern blockbusters, between polished but soulless vanity projects to grimy shot-on-video we watched a wide gamut of schlock cinema for a full 24 hours to raise money for the Alder Hey Imagine Appeal.
Despite the profound psychological impact that the experience has had on us, we have elected to repeat the venture with a new charity and a new set of equally catastrophic contrivances to torture our sensibilities and our souls.
This year our intrepid organization will be raising money for the Mental Health Charity Mind. Whilst this is partially because mental health issues have come to affect us all directly or indirectly, and partially because the current economic and political climate has led to many mentally ill people becoming marginalized, it is also because Mr. Stephen Fry is the charity’s patron, and we are not immune to hero worship.
This year's list of terrible films are as follows;
The Beast of Yucca Flats (1961)
Birdemic: Shock and Terror (2008)
Black Devil Doll From Hell (1984)
In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (2007)
Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2 (2004)
