Story

I'm Eliot Howart, 17 years old living in Barnsley. 

I'm here doing something I never thought i'd be able to do. 

I have overcome my mental health barrier and want to help inspire others to do the same. 

I'll be running half a marathon to help raise awareness & money towards Mental Health in Barnsley! 

You may feel like you have no other option, but believe me you do!

We offer a variety of services including one-to-one counselling, group sessions, support for young people, training and services for employers
