Story

Five hundred miles. Five days.

In September I am aiming to cycle the North Coast 500, a 516-mile scenic route around the north coast of Scotland, riding 100+ miles a day for 5 days. The route is very hilly, boasting some of the toughest climbs in the country, and being Scotland I am likely to experience challenging weather conditions at some point in 5 days! It will be the most riding I have ever done on consecutive days and I'm expecting it to be possibly the hardest challenge of my life.

Through the challenge I am hoping to raise £500 for Bravehound, a local charity who provide support dogs to military veterans. You can read more about their excellent work here: www.bravehound.co.uk.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could make a contribution towards my target of £1 per mile and help Bravehound to support the brave veterans who have fought for our country and endured challenges that most of us can't even begin to imagine.
