The BFBS Big Salute raises vital funds for armed forces charities.  Each year grants are given to worthy projects which support serving military personnel, families or veterans. Every penny raised goes to the beneficiary projects.

Chris Kaye & Lewis Bowden from BFBS The Forces Station have been challenged by listener Al Howatt-Baker to complete a half marathon for the cause. Even though neither of them like running. 

The date has been set for Fri 3rd September. The pair will run from the studio to Chris' house and back. Please show your support.
