Countess Mountbatten House is a regional NHS palliative care service.  

Recently our friend and colleague Kim Morgan  has been diagnosed with Cancer and throughout Kim’s ongoing treatment the Countess Mountbatten Hospice have been managing Kim’s palliative care ensuring that they are on top of her pain at all times.  They offer her care and support 24/7 and always ensure she has someone to talk to.  

The Countess Mountbatten is a coordinated, interprofessional hospice, community, and hospital service for those in the greater Southampton area.  Not only do they offer support to their patient but also to their families and loved ones.
