Hi everyone,

This year, I have signed up to do the Great North Run for West Cumbria Carers. They are a local charity who provide support to carers who look after a family member, relative, friend or neighbor who cannot manage without their help (in the Allerdale/Copeland district)

I am in no way shape or form a runner, so 13 miles will be a major achievement for me.
