On May 7-8 I will be tackling my latest challenge, the Coast to Coast bike ride -140 miles over two days! I have notched up over 800 training miles and 50 rides! I will be raising funds for Dementia Care, a local North East charity. Unfortunately my dad suffered from early onset Dementia at 65 years of age, so I have witnessed the devastating effects first hand.
