Set up or connect your account

Thanks for submitting your application. The next step is to set up or connect your Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) to process donations. Follow the steps below set set up a new BBMS account, or connect an existing account.

After you’ve successfully set up or connected BBMS, our compliance team will review your application and we’ll notify you over email when your account has been approved. This can take up to one week.
