I'm undergoing a new and healthy lifestyle. I exercise daily and know through my own experience how important regular cardio activity is for your heart.

I thought that I would take my training to the extreme and undertake this iconic challenge along with my great mate Fraser.

I am particularly excited to be visiting this part of the world and know this will be a spiritual as well as a physical journey.
