We're asking you to take part in an activity of your choice based around the numbers 1 and 9 and fundraise or donate to support of our healthcare colleagues working on the frontline in Beaumont Hospital.

This is a challenge for all ages and all abilities. Your activity could be something as simple as walking, running or cycling under 2kms; do 19 mins of yoga; juggle a ball for 190 secs; bake nineteen cakes or hold an online work out with nineteen of your work colleagues (1.9 might be tricky!). Be creative, the ideas and options are endless!

How do I get involved?

1. Dream up your 1.9 challenge

2. Head to our justgiving page and donate 19 euro (or whatever you can afford) or set up your own fundraising page

3. Invite all your family and friends to sponsor you and nominate them to do their own 1.9 challenge

4. Complete your challenge and share your photos on social media with #1.9 challenge or #beaumonthereoesappeal
