Founded by Anna Pak Poy & Marc Coupar following the passing of their son, Sebby, who was diagnosed with Tay-Sachs Disease, the Rare Find Foundation is a first of its kind in Australia. The Foundation aims to improve the lives of those diagnosed with rare diseases by improving awareness, education, and care of these conditions, while supporting research to one day hopefully find a cure.
