The aim of the 20-4-21 challenge is to get an elite group of people of all ages ,fitness levels & physical abilities to complete a combined 20,000km & raise 20,000 from February to New years Eve 2021.

This ask & challenge is that each individual completes a minimum 1000km & raises 1000, 1 a Km. The 1000km can be completed by walking, running, cycling, swimming, rowing however and whatever way suits you best.

You will be guided and mentored all along your challenge by our very own SOS Ironman John Blake & the amazing 20-4-20 team, who will tailor and design a unique training plan to suit your individual needs and complete the challenge. They will have weekly check ins & updates to help you on your training. There will also be group days when all challengers will meet up for training and motivation & support.
