Thousands of Refuge supporters will be challenging themselves to do 2000 squats in November. This self-recorded, fundraising challenge is open to anyone. It doesn't matter how you complete the squats, as long as you challenge yourself!

Your fundraising will make a massive difference to the women and children we support on a daily basis. Every £185 you raise could help fund the running of the 24/7 National Domestic Abuse Helpful run by Refuge for an hour, providing life-saving information to women who wish to flee domestic abuse.
