65 Roses Day for TLC4CF

65 Roses Day has gone virtual! Our dedicated team of volunteers will not be hitting the streets to sell purple roses this year. Instead we are asking for online donations to support our branch charity fundraising in 2020!

CF Ireland was set up by parents to improve the treatment & facilities for people with CF in Ireland. Our aim is to: Fund CF hospital units throughout Ireland. Provide grants for PWCF. Advocate for & provide advice & information for PWCF & their families. Fund research for Cystic Fibrosis

Story

Tipperary, Limerick & Clare for Cystic Fibrosis (TLC4CF) has been working since 2008 to raise funds for the new purpose-built adult Cystic Fibrosis treatment centre in the University Hospital Limerick. This 6m state of the art facility provides treatment to people with CF aged 16yrs and older and has been built entirely from charitable donations and local fundraising. We are delighted that the inpatient and outpatient units are now open to patients. Currently there are over 80 patients using the new facility!

Income raised from our virtual 65 Roses Day will help to fund local support, services and resources for both adults and children with CF. Our work is by no means complete and our ambition is to ensure UHL is seen as a centre of excellence for CF care in the region.

Please note: money raised through this page, and any linked pages, will be transferred to TLC4CF via Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. TLC4CF are an amalgamated branch of CF Ireland.
