Story
A tranquil walled garden, lined with sensory plants to touch and smell dedicated for residents with sensory impairments that needs some TLC to enhance the enjoyment of those visiting the safe space.
This space was unloved and untouched for many years, that was until HVC came to it's rescue in 2016, with no funds and just sheer man power this space was transformed from a closed, disheveled and unloved outdoor space to a tranquil, cared for and loved space dedicated for residents with sensory impairments.
There is so much that is needed to be done to this space, from weed clearances, to new picnic benches to planting of sensory plants and perhaps even a home and some electricity for the gardeners to make a cuppa and shelter for those Great British downpours.
We now need the help of the community in the way of donations to help with the upkeep and continual improvements to this glorious space!
