In the UK, nearly one in four families are now headed by a single parent, yet many single parent families continue to experience poverty, disadvantage and stigma.
By donating, you will be helping single parents across the country to receive expert advice and practical support as well as making it possible for their voices to be heard through Gingerbreads campaigning work.
Gingerbread was the first charity that came to mind when I was deciding who to support, the website and resources have always been my first call since I separated from my son's father five years ago. Gingerbread supported me when I needed it, so now it was my turn.
