This year, because of the impact of Covid-19, Impetus' second biggest fundraising event, The Impetus Private Equity Triathlon is unable to go ahead.

In its place we have developed Go The (Social) Distance - for Impetus, proudly sponsored by Goodwin. The event will encourage supporters and regular triathlon go-ers to Move! Run, cycle, swim or walk for Impetus from 14th -25th October.

Entry is FREE- kick start your fundraising by sponsoring yourself £20 - the cost of a regular entry fee.

Impetus transforms the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by ensuring they get the right support to succeed in school, in work and in life. We are a driving force behind great charities, helping them deliver the right support to more young people. We do this by providing them with a unique package of funding, management and pro bono support.

However, the Covid-19 crisis has made things harder than ever for the young people we work with. Covid-19 is a threat to all of our lives. But it is the most vulnerable next generation who faces losing everything without having the support structure to bounce back. It does not have to be this way, you can help fund our network of front line charities making sure young people in the most vulnerable circumstances receive education, employment, tutoring and emotional support to help them weather this storm.
